Eczema Bath Recipes

Once you have allowed the water to run for a few moments with the oil mixture, pour a cup of powdered milk into the water. You should then mix the water thoroughly by use of a long spoon, or your hand. Additionally, you can add a small amount of lavender oil. Lavender oil will help you to relax.

Numerous other bath recipes can be used to soothe the symptoms of eczema. They are as follows:

Eczema Bath Recipe 1: Boil two cups of water. Once the water begins to boil, add one cup of dry chamomile, or six chamomile tea bags. Allow the chamomile to boil with the water for approximately one minute. After the minute is up, turn the fire off. Once the fire is off, you should then combine five cups of powdered milk to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed and dissolved. Run about a half of tub of warm water and apply the mixture. Mix the mixture thoroughly into the bath water and then sit in the bath for at least fifteen minutes. You should ensure that the water is applied to the areas of the skin that suffer because of the eczema.

Eczema Bath Recipe 2: For this recipe, you should take four cups of powdered milk, a half of cup of oatmeal, a half a cup of lavender scent for the bath, a half of cup of almond meal, one cup of cornstarch, and three capsules of vitamin E. You should combine all ingredients. With the vitamin E capsules, break them open and allow the oil inside to drip into the mix. You should mix all ingredients thoroughly until you have a fine mixture. Once the mixture is complete, pour into a container. Each time that you want to use the mixture, add a cup of it to warm bath water and soak for at least twenty minutes.

There are many combinations of these simple eczema bath recipes that you can use to soothe the symptoms of the skin condition. Remember to consult your physician for approval prior to beginning any new treatment.
